Custom made orders are mailed as quickly as possible but no later than
three weeks from payment received. Orders from the Lydia b.
Shop will be processed within 48 hours of payment received.
Each and every original Lydia b. is hand-cut, -sewn, and -inspected to assure
you of quality, craftsmanship, and value in your custom
made handbag. We use only reputable
designer fabrics with exceptional interfacing, hardware, and findings.
Because of this, we will meet your exact specifications as well as our high
standards for function, durability and style.

Priority Mail within three weeks of payment. For
bags shipped to the same address, the cost of shipping is as follows:

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your
Lydia b.
bag! However, we understand that there may
be times when a return or exchange might be necessary.
We know you will understand that custom orders cannot be
returned or exchanged; all sales are final. We
do accept returns and exchanges on unused merchandise purchased from our
Lydia b.
Shop but only within 14 days of
shipment. The original sales receipt is required and
shipping is non-refundable.
We stand behind the construction of
Lydia b. bags and cannot be
responsible for damage to bags caused by misuse or negligence.

Care
Instructions
Lydia b. bags are hand
crafted from a variety of high quality materials, therefore there is no
general rule regarding cleaning. However, we offer a few helpful tips
for caring for your Lydia b..
We recommend treating your Lydia b.
with a spray stain repellent to resist soiling.
When cleaning your handbag, it is always best to test a
small area of the fabric in an inconspicuous place to ensure a good
outcome.
For general cleaning, we do not recommend machine
washing. Many dry cleaners will be able to handle overall
cleaning. Please look for a specialist that can handle the acrylic
handles and plastic insert that makes up the stiff base included in many
of our bag styles. A warm iron, no steam, can be used to
carefully iron out any wrinkles
caused from packaging and shipping.
If you decide not to dry clean your handbag, a few
precautions are: blot stains using a clean cloth or paper towel; do
not rub; always use cold water as hot water can encourage fading and
shrinking.
